So, who are these Squarehead Teachers? Well, we are sisters who come from a family of educators and believe that all teachers (public, private, charter and home school) are grossly under-appreciated and deserve a little extra help. We started this blog in August 2012 with the hope that we can be that extra little help that makes teachers feel a little more loved!

I’m a travel-loving, cookie-eating, bright-color-obsessed teacher who just can’t get enough of blogging. My hubby and I like to SCUBA dive, and our favorite vacation spot is the Philippines. I’ve taught various grades from kindergarten to undergraduate college courses in both in the United States and in China.
Lauralee When I’m not in the classroom, I’m trotting the globe! Recent favorite trips have included Australia and the Dominican Republic (pictured)! I’ve taught different elementary school grades and have been part of my school’s dual immersion program for a few years now. I love to cook, decorate cupcakes and play tennis!
